After many months of discussion, the NEC is collaborating with the Nation to bring a community-based needs assessment to Naskapi beneficiaries. The idea is to listen to as many voices as possible about what people envision or hope for the future of the community, so that we can ensure that the training opportunities are made available to Naskapi beneficiaries. This will just be the first step in a process that will help guide how training will be offered in the community.
